planning into their business or practice to join our VIRTUAL WORLD EDUCATION PLATFORM as an education partner or a sponsor. We
have developed this unique platform to improve education, awareness and fundraising efforts for water projects. We seek transparency in the organizations in which we deal

Message
While
the public is hearing about going “green”, we educate the public about
going “blue”. Children will learn about water and foreign lands while
“visiting and playing games and learning” on the six virtual continents
on the virtual world website.
The primary focus is on water and the environment with an underlying focus on entertainment. We refer to these
concepts as “edutainment and edugaming”.
We are working with
school curriculum to engage children and young adults not only at home, but in
classrooms. Teachers will find valuable
resources in our unique virtual library, lesson plans that match their
classroom learning goals and a place that allows them to actively
learn about water, environmental issues, geography and cultures, while
still having fun.
This highly targeted 3-D virtual world creates communication opportunities for our highly qualified key sponsors to
demonstrate, in a very personal manner, their commitment to water
issues and feature their message to motivated potential customers including children, their families and educators.
Our
sponsors’ message will be displayed on the internet, where for example over 55
million American children go weekly to play games and interact with
peers. In fact, according to the industry experts, Emarketer, the number
of children who are members of an online virtual world community are
expected to rise to 20 million by 2011.
This virtual world is now in production. Charter sponsorship opportunity will be offered to first-come, first

Organizations and businesses
wishing to position themselves as a 'green or blue' company and target
children and families have huge opportunities within our Virtual World Education web site. Creative branding
opportunities for corporations within the virtual environment will
allow opportunities to gain access to our community in a non evasive
format.
In addition, we will have several micro sites within the
virtual world to inform users about specific topics.
These micro sites will be available for key sponsors who have very
targeted messages. The sites will contain unique experiences,
adventures, fun games, stories, puzzles and music as well as
information about the water-related topics and the sponsor’s message.
On a
limited basis, sponsors will have the ability to feature their brand
within the site for maximum exposure and
impact. Revenues on the site will be generated from partnerships with
like minded corporations and social entrepreneurs who seek to show
their public support for clean and safe water and target our family
demographic.
Educational podcasts and forums will give further
sponsorship opportunities and exposure. School age children
and their classes will be invited to discuss hot environmental topics
and tell us how they are affecting their communities.
Our virtual world communications
platform can encourage product and service purchases. Key
sponsorships are limited to select environmentally friendly brands and
companies. Each company is highly qualified to meet specific
environmental, ethical, eco-efficiency and manufacturing standards by a group of H2OAlliance experts.
Our
virtual library for educators and students feature unique water
experiences from over 300 countries around the globe. We will utilize our own producers, production company and other capabilities to
produce this virtual world.
